Quick start sets of problems based upon grade

In an effort to decrease the the cost of a teacher to get up and going we want to deploy special messages at a few key points
Cris has made a bunch of wiki-videos. I want to do something like the following 1) When a teacher first has made an account, (If a teacher has no classes) then a link shows up that says"Looks like have no classes. Click here to see a video on how to make a class." 2) "Looks like to have no assignments for any of your classes. Click here to learn how to assign content to your class" The first video should show to to assign the intro folder that has a mix of mastery learning and static stuff. 3) "Looks like you have never had non one test out your assignments. Click here to learn how to use your "Fake Student" account" {Rule is they need to have no problem logs, but much has one assignment) 4) At the teachers "fake student" showing them a video on how to register for a class and doing show assignment and showing what the item report shows. End of video show direct them back to the assess tab to check on their work 5) "Looks like you have some report to view to check on how your students have done- click here to learn how to get reports on your students" The rule I think needs tobe "They have a problem logs but only from today. THe video needs to show off an item report and a mastery learning report. 6) From the build tab, if a student has never made a problem set, then it should say "Looks like you have never made your own problem sets. Matt will work with small groups of students to re-teach / remediate.
Matt will work with small groups of students who have mastered a topic and extend the lesson.
Matt will go over a particular Assistment homework problem set.
Matt will accompany a small group of students to the computer lab to do a follow-up problem set 2.
Matt may work with myself and my special ed teacher to set up stations.
